The survey of small businesses in the UK shows that 84 per cent of retail, office and hospitality owners are looking for video surveillance that has high-resolution imagery and can be accessed from remote locations.

High-quality images and the ability to access footage remotely from a smart phone, tablet or laptop were the most desirable features, but 70 per cent also craved an easy to use system.
