The Leicester Half Marathon is fast approaching and we’re pleased (and nervous) to announce that members of our team will be taking part in the run and fundraising for two charities that have been supported some of us in the past year.

Supporting Muscular Dystrophy UK

Seven members of our team will be putting on their running shoes on Sunday 15th October to help us raise money for Bliss, a charity that provides care and support for premature and sick babies and their families and Archie’s Army, run by Muscular Dystrophy UK.

These are two charities that have helped some of our team and we’re proud to be raising money so that they can continue the incredible work that they do. We’re aiming to raise a total of £1,000 for the two charities and hope that an equal amount can be raised for each.

For those of you that have been using our services for a number of years, you’ll remember that back in 2014 our team completed the Robin Hood Half Marathon in Nottingham. We have some different recruits for this year’s fundraiser, but the challenge of the previous run certainly hasn’t put us off doing another!

This year, we have a nice mix of more experienced runners and some that have never run long distance. We’re all supporting each other in our training and we’re confident that we will all make it over the finish line.

We’d be grateful for any clients, partners, and friends and family to donate to these fantastic charities and push us over our fundraising target. If you would like to donate to the cause, visit our JustGiving page and select your charity of choice.
