Designed to create a more disciplined work environment, ISO 9001 helps our workforce to know exactly who does what, when and how. This saves time and cost by reducing mistakes, consequently helping to improve our customer services. Ultimately it helps our business to ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers and other interested parties, based on internationally recognised quality management principles, set out by the ISO (International Standards Organisation). For more information visit www.british-assesment.co.uk
ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by an organisation seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
It shows that Eaton Electrical is consistent with its environmental policies. The intended outcomes of an environmental management system include enhancement of environmental performance, fulfilment of compliance obligations and an achievement of environmental objectives.
