Design, install and commission upgrade works
On behalf of HVAC Ltd. we have been working design, install and commission upgrade works to the partner kitchen area at the John Lewis Department Store at the Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
Included in the upgrade works were as follows;
- Installation of new metal, concealed grid suspended ceiling.
- Installation of new LED lighting scheme.
- Electrical works associated with new extract canopies.
- Erection of new partition wall around existing electrical equipment.
During the design stage, the client expressed an interest in low energy lighting that would save on energy bills and reduce their carbon footprint. Eaton Electrical was tasked with producing a suitable LED lighting scheme, building on our extensive knowledge of low energy lighting systems. The end result is a spectacular lighting installation that is both energy efficient and affordable.
Eaton Electrical was also responsible for the co-ordination and procurement of specialist subcontractors installing BMS interfaces.
