Grade 2 Commercial Refurbishment
On behalf of HVAC and FWA, we worked from tender stage through to contract awarded to secure the refurbishment of a grade 2 listed property called ‘Miranda House’ in London.
Eaton Electrical was responsible for the complete electrical and ancillary systems installation incorporating, distribution, lighting and associated building management system, small power, data, telephone, refuge communication, AOV, door entry, access control, induction loop and DDA alarms.
Eaton Electrical also coordinated and procured specialist subcontractors to install CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
