Apprenticeships
Eaton Electrical have continued to take on new apprentices over the last 25 years, including both adult trainees and school leavers.
We are proud to have provided full training to over 20 apprentices to date, two of which have been national finalists in the prestigious apprentice of the year awards. Once our apprentices complete their training to ECS gold standard, we continue to provide further training and development opportunities to further their career.
We are proud to have a strong apprenticeship policy that reinforces our high-skills base, and that, in turn, has expanded the company’s reputation for quality throughout the country.
It is our strong belief that continual training of apprentices and employees is essential for our company and strongly believe its our duty to give back to the industry.
We provide continual training for our employees including SMSTS & SSSTS
(Site Manager/Supervisor Safety Training Schemes).
