Eaton Electrical Ltd have completed the refurbishment of a commercial kitchen and dining area at John Lewis.
Eaton have been involved from the early stages of design and coordination with the various parties involved to allow full electrical installation package to meet the client’s timescale requirements.
From isolation and making safe the existing electrical supplies, allowing for the safe strip out of all services. From a blank canvas, Eaton have worked closely with John Lewis to provide an installation to the clients exacting standards and specification.
These works included the following.

- Full installation design based on the kitchen suppliers’ requirements.
- Coordination with sub-contractors for kitchen installation, refrigeration, data installation, fire alarm, door access.
- Supply of diamond drilling subcontractor to provide works.
- The installation of containment, small power, lighting and emergency lighting.
- Installation and commissioning of ventilation gas safety systems.
- Installation and coordination with BEAMS subcontractor.
- Inspection, testing, commissioning & certification.
- Provision of health and safety manuals.
- Provision of operation and maintenance manuals, including “As Fitted” drawings.
