Eaton Electrical Ltd have recently completed the installation of EV charging points for Metal Works in Leicester under the governments workplace charging scheme (WCS). The client commissioned Eaton to complete these works on a design and build basis, tailoring an EV charging solution to meet their charging requirements. Eaton worked closely with the client and their appointed civils contractor to achieve a seamless service. The installation was completed and commissioned to the customers satisfaction. The customer now has 6 charge points with the flexibility to expand the installation in the future with minimal installation costs. This was achieved using 22kW Easee charging units. The customer also benefits from the “free for life” back office management system, giving the customer full control of the chargers and system users.
